TiddlyWiki
From TechWriter Wiki
TiddlyWiki is a wiki-modeled client-side single page application published by Osmosoft that is designed to be used as a personal notebook. It is a single self-contained HTML file that includes CSS and JavaScript code. Users edit the information in the Wiki via the browser, and then (assuming they have write permission to the location from which they opened the Wiki) can save their updates - this causes the Wiki to overwrite itself, retaining a single self-contained file.
Because it runs under most browsers (including Internet Explorer) and requires no installation, it can be easily used as a guerilla wiki.
TiddlyWiki is available from www.tiddlywiki.com.
