Dirk specializes in training and documentation development for large-scale software implementations. Responsibilities typically include developing a training and documentation plan; managing a team of authors to ensure that the training and documentation material is developed on time, to budget, and to standards; and ensuring that all material is made available to the users on-line and/or delivered via instructor-led training.

04 March 2013: My new book, Oracle UPK 11 Development, has now been published and is available from Amazon and other fine booksellers.
09 February 2013: Sample code for new UPK book uploaded.
August 2012: I have started work on a new edition of my book on UPK. This edition will be for UPK version 11.1, which includes significant new functionality, inlcuding the Record It! Wizard, Test It! mode, and Assessments.
01 June 2012: I have moved onto a new project with my existing client. This is an upgrade to an SAP R/3 implementation that I worked on almost yen years ago. My primary responsiblities on this project are to replace all of the Word-baseed User procedures housed in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse (KW) with interactive training simulations developed using Oracle User productivity Kit.
