I am moving on to a new project at my existing client. This project involves the implementation of several new systems and components to extend and enhance existing ERP functionality. This includes the implementation of the SAP TM module, SRM enhancements, and the implementation of several new Analytics tools.
My key responsibilities will include:
- The management of a team of (between 4 and 12) training developers
- Planning the development of training courses covering all new functionality and business processes
- Evaluating and choosing training development and delivery tools
- Defining styles and standards, and training development processes
- Developing all required training material (principally PowerPoint presentations and UPK simulations
